Refund policy
We want you to love your prints. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be in its original, undamaged condition and original packaging. You'll need your order confirmation or proof of purchase.
Customized or personalized orders are not eligible for return unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
We sell within the United States only at this time.
How to Start a Return
Please contact us at linda@lindaneephotography.com before sending anything back. Items returned without an approved request cannot be accepted.
Once your return is approved, ship the item to our New Hampshire studio using the address we provide. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not reimbursed.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm whether your refund is approved. If approved, we'll refund your original payment method within 10 business days, excluding the original shipping cost. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven't received your refund, contact us at linda@lindaneephotography.com.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your print arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at linda@lindaneephotography.com within 30 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We'll offer a replacement or a full reimbursement based on your preference. Items damaged in transit do not need to be returned before we offer a resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on customized or personalized prints (unless damaged), sale items, or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return your original item and, once the return is approved, place a new order for the replacement.
